Detroit Lakes man charged in Becker County District Court
Andrew John Dahlgad, age 22, of 601 W Holmes St in Detroit Lakes, has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony harassment, violating a restraining order.
According to court records, on March 10, a restraining order was issued in Becker County District Court prohibiting him from contacting or coming within 500 feet of a Detroit Lakes man.
On April 30, Detroit Lakes police were notified of a possible violation of the restraining order that occurred outside the Becker County Sheriff's Office.
The responding officer allegedly caught Dahlgad walking into the yard of the man in violation of the restraining order.
He appeared in court on May 2, where cash bail was set at $750 or bond at $10,000 with conditions, or $20,000 without conditions of release.
