Park Rapids Car Accident

A car accident was reported on July 23rd at 6:25 am a mile Northwest outside of Park Rapids on 190th Street.
Officers arrived to a 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe upside down on its roof. Avery Mikel, 19 years old and from Park Rapids, was found pinned under the vehicle and was pronounced dead on the scene.
The incident is currently under investigation by the Hubbard County Sheriff's Department.
