A Cass County man was found guilty of making terroristic threats against a Cass County Sheriff's deputy Tuesday.
According to the criminal complaint, Robert Joseph Jones made several threats to the deputy while being transported to the Cass County Detention Center last December following an arrest.
In addition to the felony terroristic threat offense, Jones has been convicted of felony third-degree assault twice and thrice found guilty of felony fourth-degree assault against a peace officer.
According to Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines, he faces 29 to 39 months in prison.
Sentencing is set for the afternoon of May 21, 2012.
